Over the past two years Carrousel’s distinct style developed in their home studio in Tallahassee FL, as they wrote and recorded what would become their debut album. In the process, an entirely new thing emerged, a sound they call “dream-pop/folk.” Pairing together sounds old and new, the overall effect is one of movement, a transportation of sorts between various scenes and then back again. ... more
